Musica Ficta vocal ensemble, led by Raul Mallavibarrena, has recorded a new album devoted mainly to Tomas Luis de Victoria music, entitled "Victoria alio modo." Accompanied by Sara Agueda'a harp, the group is formed by Lore Agustí, soprano; Gabriel Diaz, countertenor; Beatriz Oleaga, alt; Javier M. Carmena and Inigo Casalí, tenors and Simon Millán, bass.
Edited under the label Enchiriadis - Arianne Series, the disc gives a collection of motets and some instrumental pieces by Agueda, also.

From 30 January to 2 February 2014 in Toledo it was held an international symposium on "The entorno musical del Greco", sponsored by El Greco 2014 Foundation, within the activities for the fourth centenary of the death of the great cretan painter. The proceedings gather papers investigating the musical and artistic riches that treasured the cities where El Greco, lived with particular attention to Toledo.

The Victoria Choir is a professional chorus of international projection wich is based in Madrid. It have twelve singers -sopranos, altos, countertenor, tenor and bass- having both group and soloists roles, depending on the works to be performed. The essential repertoire of Coro Victoria is the Spanish Renaissance polyphony with special attention to the figure of Tomás Luis de Victoria. Other Baroque and Classicism repertoires will be sung, working with instrumental groups and orchestras specialized in the historicist interpretation.
