On March 8 and 9, the city of Morella will host the III MedyRen International Congress, entitled "Early music, architectural spaces and new technologies". It will meet specialists from different regions of Spain, as well as from England, France and Switzerland to discuss new perspectives for the study of early music from an optics focused on acoustics and new technologies. The program, as well as a brief summary of the interventions can be found on the congress website. As a particular case, can be highlighted the intervention of the professors of the International University of La Rioja Rafael Martín and Manuel Tizón whom study Tomás Luis de Victoria's music from the computer-assisted musical analysis This is a study-case that is encompassed in a more general context, ranging from the acoustic study of Notre-Dame, San Lorenzo del Escorial Saint-Martin de Tours, or entire cities such as Venice, among other works.
